I got this for my son, he was using another popular brand that was dual band also but not providing the same coverage or bandwidth. This is on a desktop that is far from the router and extender. I am not sure if this question was answered for you already but it is loud enough to be heard in a large room. There are 3 Actuators and 2 Subwoofers with all being 10W. If you will be using the product in an auditorium, then I would suggest an external sound system.

Do you need to play online or can you play alone offline on pc? What is the difference between the 3 offered dooms such as what each one comes with?
You can play offline, there is a campaign mode. The main difference between the versions include extra skins/weapons etc. and the higher end versions have goodies. Other than that, the game is pretty much the same. If you are a big fan, go for the extra’s, depending on your budget!
