I have a Sony XR-55A80K OLED TV without a sound bar that I like. I want to know if the sound on thee BRAVIA XR 65 A80L is as good as the XR55A80K? Does it use Acoustic Surface Audio+? How many speakers does it have?

The sound is great, it does have Acoustic Surface Audio+. There are 3 Actuators and 2 subwoofers, 10w each.

What wattage is the sound system on this model?

I am not sure if this question was answered for you already but it is loud enough to be heard in a large room. There are 3 Actuators and 2 Subwoofers with all being 10W. If you will be using the product in an auditorium, then I would suggest an external sound system.

This TV is even better, you can wirelessly cast your videos from your device as long as you TV is connected to your WiFi and the device is on the same network.

Do you need to play online or can you play alone offline on pc? What is the difference between the 3 offered dooms such as what each one comes with?

You can play offline, there is a campaign mode. The main difference between the versions include extra skins/weapons etc. and the higher end versions have goodies. Other than that, the game is pretty much the same. If you are a big fan, go for the extra’s, depending on your budget!

Will this include a dvd, or will it just be a code for Bethesda launcher / Steam?

There will be no DVD. Inside there will be a cardboard DVD with instructions to download Bethesda launcher and install the game.
