Color bulbs DON’T WORK with HomeKit

I didn’t know these wouldn’t work with HomeKit. So that’s rather disappointing. Also I ordered online and they were shipped from different places around the US. one of them was 100% a returned Item. I’d wager it was never checked by anyone as it had a sticker On the center of the bulbs “lens” with handwritten “B1” on it. So I’m gambling that there isn’t something wrong with it...since again it doesn’t work with my home automation due to the current limitations of C by GE.
Using the GE app the colors are pretty and vibrant, the bulbs colors both match each other.

This was my review for the switch itself. On the grip, it’s pretty awesome. I definitely recommend this grip to make the switch for normal sized adult hands.
One suggestion is when you’re taking the switch out of this grip. Remove the control pads then remove the switch itself from the grip. If you don’t do this you’re putting a large amount of force on the connection between the switch and the controllers.

The "C" wire on my current setup has been hijacked by the AC system. The installer had converted the 5 wires coming off my furnace to a 4 wire cable the runs up to the current Thermostat. Will the adapter be able to work with this environment?

Does the alternative c wire adaptor mean I need to snake a wire through the wall from my Tatat through the attic and to my heating cooling unit?
No. The adapter is very odd to me and the instructions took some interpretation.
Basically for the adapter to work you will have to get to the air handler. And the air handler needs to have a power source for the “c” wire. (My unit for exaplme doesn’t use a board with marked “r,c,w,g,y” terminals. And I found it much easier to just install a new thermostat wire with 5 leads). The adapter allows you to use your existing 4 wire thermostat wiring, it just changes how they are used to make sure the thermostat itself has power.

We only have 2 wires inside the wall where the old thermostat is. Can i install this thermostat? I see there is some kind of adapter, does this resolve that issue and how does it work? It sounds like it needs to be installed on the actual furnace?
