My criticism is that when I pick up my phone in the am, it is very warm. When I charge it on the cord, it is fully charged - obviously, when fully charged, the current is reduced as the phone is cool (with the charging cord).

The techs were excellent, however they could not complete the installation. I have a mobile home & the dryer vent hole goes down through the floor. They did not have the proper flange to install the vent hose through the floor. I had to have a handyman install the vent. (Normally I give 5 stars as the techs are outstanding.)

Can I watch Amazon Prime?
Yes you can watch Amazon Prime - you have to be a member. Roku Ultra offers many more news/entertainment sources - both free, and those that you need a subscription such as Netflix etc. The Roku Ultra is great. Make sure that you get the correct length of HDMI cable to connect to your TV as the Roku Ultra does not come with one.
