A week later I vacuumed with my 6 month old heavy duty Hoover (somewhat unwieldily). 3 days later, I vacuumed with the Dyson V-8....... far more powerful and picked way more debris in the canister. I purchased the Dyson because - Dyson reputation, HAPA filter, cordless, lightweight, converts to a powerful small hand vacuum, and thankfully I could apply my Best Buy credit towards the purchase. Because of expert service by Best Buy associates and Geek Squad, I have always been very satisfied with my purchases. (I put the Hoover out at the end of my driveway with FREE sign. It was gone when I later looked!)

I give 5 stars for performance. For years I have been a MAC user, but I have used Microsoft Office for all my "word" docs and as a Personal Trainer, I have recorded all my workout programs on Excel.
I upgraded to a MAC Pro 13 last fall & had to purchase the upgraded 365 to continue using my programs & docs. Then, in June I upgraded my iPad to the iPad Pro. Transferring my files etc. through the Cloud, I was unable to open files. This is a "GOTCHA"!! Microsoft will only allow the use of 1 device per Microsoft 365 & I have to pay yearly for the upgrade. On limited income (senior) this is hard and dreadful. Best Buy geeks installed & set up for me & I can now use all my files on my devices.

Can I watch Amazon Prime?
Yes you can watch Amazon Prime - you have to be a member. Roku Ultra offers many more news/entertainment sources - both free, and those that you need a subscription such as Netflix etc. The Roku Ultra is great.
