Is it Marvel's best? No. Is it different than anything they've done before? Absolutely. Not sure why it gets such hate. It's a different movie and I really enjoyed getting to know the characters through dialog rather that fisticuffs. While not entirely faithful to the source material, I wonder how many people have even read the source material.

This movie joins that rare class where the sequel may equal or surpass the source. Think ALIEN/ALIENS, Star Wars/The Empire Strikes Back. This movie is really that good. All of the callbacks are there while simultaneously moving the story and new characters forward. A great family film that was enjoyed by all in my house.

Unless you are willing to sit for a 14+ hour movie, you are never going to get the full Dune experience. This is as close as you are going to get while also being accessible to a wider audience. I've watched it three times already and am still amazed at the visual depth. So many great frames of film. All the actors bring their best.

Conveniently charges 4 AA or AAA NiMH rechargeable batteries at the same time. 3-5 hour charge time with auto shut off to prevent overcharging and battery damage. Manufactured in China. The charger is equipped with audio and visual alerts. A red light means that charging has started, and you will hear an audible beep when charging begins. A yellow light appears when charging is 50 percent complete and charging is continuing. A green light means charging is complete, and the batteries are 100 percent full. You will hear an audible beep upon completion. If a bad battery is detected, a red X will illuminate, and the charger generates a repetitive audible beep upon detection. Audio and visual alerts:Red light - Charging has started; audible beep when charging begins. Yellow light - Charging is 50% complete and charging. Green light - Charge is complete and batteries are 100% full; audible beep upon completion. Saw it in the theater and was impressed. Watched it at home and allowed the whole experience to sink in. One of the best origin movies told in a long time. I don't agree with the naysayers who complain that there's too much mysticism in the final battle. Shang-Chi's mother lived in a magical forest and his father had crazy powered bracelets. It's a good super-hero movie.

One of Carpenter's movies that I did not like originally but have come to appreciate upon further viewings. I never really got this movie until it was pointed out to me that it's a western in space. Frontier bank heist, prisoner transfer, battle with Native Americans. Yup. It's all there. The blu ray is a big improvement over the DVD.
