Roomba is slow to map, does not always go to designated area to vacuum. House is 2300 sq ft and it takes hours for Roomba to vacuum.
Have a rocking recliner and it repeatedly tries to vacuum too close and gets stuck in the same place. Cannot always restart from where it was. Seems to be “lost” when restarted. Overall works well if you have the patience and time to keep working with it.

They literally only bring the box inside and set it down.
They will only unbox it if you pay extra. If it had been broken or shattered, we would have had to return it to the store. Very inconvenient. Fortunately that was not the case.

Too much equipment issue

The soundbar was not installed. It was recommended that our media room speakers be installed instead.
We have had the soundbar for a long time and it worked perfectly fine before this move. It still works, something about the sound bar was competing with the new TV sound.

Geek Squad missed the mark

We just needed to TV setup, programmed and connected to the receiver, Apple TV, etc.
the installer said it was ready but we had to call and request they come back. We then learned that it was separate setups for audio snd video which meant 2 install charges. We were not hanging it, not installing a mount just setting it up.
We have used them many times before and never had any problems.
They resolved it but it took twice as long and costs more than originally planned.

How hard is it to program the model 3550 for the rooms you want to run it in?
You must use the app to “map” the house. Roomba has to learn to go from the docking station to the designated room(s) that you want vacuumed. You can set it on a schedule to vacuum certain rooms.
We start it in the opposite side of tge house from the bedrooms about 5:30 am and by the time we are in tge kitchen it has moved to the halls snd the bedrooms for vacuuming. Fairly noisy when vacuuming.
