Love this camera however we bought it in place of a Ring doorbell because of the doorbell placement.
I think it is better suited for an area that you need a wider view and that does not have traffic in range.
We are thinking of moving it to the side of our house and buying the doorbell. The 2nd battery is a must. Makes it last a very long time.

The Quick-Release Battery Pack allows you to have backup power for select battery powered Ring Doorbells and Cameras. To charge your battery pack, simply connect it to a micro-USB cord and plug it into a power outlet. If the battery pack in compatible Ring Video Doorbell or Securtiy Cam runs out of power, you can remove your batteries by pressing the quick-release tab on the battery pack. Then, simply slide your second battery pack into your device, and you~re good to go.

How hard is it to program the model 3550 for the rooms you want to run it in?
You must use the app to “map” the house. Roomba has to learn to go from the docking station to the designated room(s) that you want vacuumed. You can set it on a schedule to vacuum certain rooms.
We start it in the opposite side of tge house from the bedrooms about 5:30 am and by the time we are in tge kitchen it has moved to the halls snd the bedrooms for vacuuming. Fairly noisy when vacuuming.
