I haven't played a Pokemon game in years so I can't speak to the mechanics as groundbreaking or not. This felt like a nice solid entry that reminded me of fond memories of Pokemon with decent modernizations.

In full disclosure, I'm writing this about a year of not touching the game. I had hoped that Bioware would be able to bounce back like Destiny did. The promise of this game is that you get to feel like Iron Man and the flight mechanics were tricky to get down but felt good when you did with wonderful scenery to fly around in. However, the game's introduction to itself just wasn't as compelling and the current state of vacancy shows there wasn't a good foundation and infrastructure and a gimmick cannot save a game.

It's a beautifully crafted world of well made CGI Pokemon and live-action human. I'm glad that the director and artists reached out to RJ Palmer (who did a lot of realistic Pokemon art) and found a balance of making life-like creatures without departing from the video game designs.
For a video game movie adaptation, this did a great job. While I didn't play the Detective Pikachu games, it definitely brought to life Pokemon with a care and attention for detail for long time fans.
Hunt, hike or nature watch with better clarity when you carry these Nikon PROSTAFF binoculars. With 8x magnification, everything in your line of sight is up close and personal, and anti-reflective optics help protect your eyes in bright conditions. Silver-alloy prism coatings inside these Nikon PROSTAFF binoculars improve transmission of light for visibility in dim settings.

I bought these to bring along for hike and other trips where my bigger pair was too bulky and ended up using it as my main binoculars. These have excellent clarity and zoom for their size and a friend even commented how it's like watching stuff in HD (or maybe just so new and clean at the time).

I got this when it was on sale and the same price as an Echo Dot or Google Home Mini and currently use it side by side with an Echo Dot so that's my main point of comparison. The Echo Dot has better mics and seems to pick me up much better but the Google Assistant seems more able to answer what I ask for than Alexa. The Insignia speaker is much better sounding - which is a given because it is bigger - but the main feature I like is that it is portable and has it's own battery. I can use Google Home wherever my WiFi reaches. About that, it is very much WiFi dependent. No internet and it doesn't even work as a clock (a recent Internet outage resulted in the display not even showing time). Ironically, the portable version is bigger and better than the non-portable one. Bigger speakers and better sound. For negatives, the display isn't too bright but I wish there was an automatic night mode - even if just based on time and not a sensor. Also, the power cord is not a standard micro-USB or USB-C so it isn't 100% portable as in bring it anywhere and charge with anything.

Having tried a variety of laser pointer w/ remote buttons, I ended up using this for my presentations. The reliability of laser pointers isn't great on modern TVs and turning to look at the display isn't the best ergonomics or presentation style. This lets your look forward (at a laptop display or something) and talk to the audience. It does require Logitech's software and there is a mild lag and learning curve to use this (more like a mouse that is gesture controlled than a pointer). I set the circle mode to a big red dot to look like a laser pointer and cycle to highlight mode half the time.

This is honestly the best superhero game ever made. It's an amazing open world that feels like you are part of the city and not just running around doing missions. There is so much detail in not only Spider-Man history but broader Marvel as well (but mostly Spider-Man of course). It has a very original take on the mythos that adds much more depth to all the characters. This is game made by Spidey lovers for Spidey lovers.
