Nice doorbell, quality camera (video and still), depending on your house, you'll need to change the existing transformer. Our house was built in 1992, and had a lower voltage transformer, upgraded to a higher voltage before install, and no issues.

So, to keep it short, it's a great purchase for a smaller room, just don't expect it to be a savior. we're using it as supplemental in a bedroom farthest from the central a/c unit. Helps us sleep at night.
If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noises, a portable a/c is probably not for you.
