Wall-e never looked (or sounded) better!

To see this movie come alive in 4K with HDR Dolby Vision was mesmerizing. The colors and action popped! Add to that a wonderful Atmos soundtrack with objects all around you at times, and you are in for family treat. This is one of those movies my kids watched over and over again, and now it seems new again. Catch it on sale and enjoy

Low lows and super sharp 4K UHD

Super amazing LOWS when it comes to sound, as well as great 4K color and sharpness. The rumble will leave your subs very satisfied by the end. Very good use of the overhead effects channels in my 7.2.4 system. Like other titles played over cable, they just squeeze out many of the dynamic lows and highs. The physical media is so much better!

Stunning updated sound and 4K UHD imagery
on April 3, 2021

The new 4K UHD HDR format with a completely re-engineered and fully immersive soundtrack really lit up the earliest three movies. The sound is now all around you if you have the home theater setup. And LFE!!! Stunning lows that literally can shake your furniture. My subs hit easily down below 15hz and you can feel every low growl from the T-Rex, every crushing step from the brachiosaurus, and all the explosions!
This was absolutely with it. I always have enjoyed watching these whenever they are on cable. Unfortunately, they always have quite a bit of the highs and lows compressed out of the final product that reaches your home. This direct physical media leaves NOTHING out.

Easy setup but...

The unit was very easy to attach and setup with the included optic cable. Compared to the Vizio tv speakers, this really helped create a better tv experience. Unfortunately, the top sound level seemed much smaller than I anticipated, but in line with the sale price I got it for I guess. It was quite a bit louder when in the Bluetooth mode. Easily adjusting the bass and treble is great if you have someone heading to bed while someone else is watching tv. The preset sound modes such as movie, sports, etc. were difficult to tell apart. Nice as a cheap beginner sound bar for a smaller tv and room. Do NOT pay full MSRP!

Hook up home theater components with this Rocketfish digital optical audio cable. The compact connectors on the 1.5-foot wiring are precisely shaped to hold securely.

Will this cord connect soundbar to Panasonic plasma tv?

Unfortunately, without a specific tv model number, there is no way to determine with any certainty whether or not the optical cable will work with a sound bar. Check the tv outputs first. If it has a digital optical output, you should have no problem. Also, keep in mind the proximity of the tv output and sound bar input to be sure this is the correct length.

Can you drive the speaker system from an AV receiver? My setup is video input --> AV receiver --> speaker system. I'd like to run the soundbar and sub as speakers tied to the AV receiver.....

Although you could, I wouldn’t recommend this. Since you already have an amp, it would be a much better use of your money to buy a decent set of bookshelf speakers with sufficient low end. If you think that’s not enough, add a small powered sub later. That will blow this small sound bar away IMHO. I set one up for my mom, but I am used to NHT 2.9s with a center and Bowers & Wilkins 610 sub.
Open box Polk or Klipsch Reference small bookshelf speakers for a nice savings could be a great option UNDER $200.

Could you connect this to your tv ? What im trynna ask is would I be able to hear everything they said on the tv thru the stereo

Yes. I used the included optical cable and connected it to my mother’s small (40”) Vizio TV. I turned off the TV speakers as well. Couldn’t have been easier. I moved the wireless sub around to several locations until it was hard to hear where it was coming from. The sub is not loud, but better than just the TV speakers.
