Make cleanup easier with the Insignia 24~ Top Control Built-In Dishwasher with 3rd Rack, Sensor Wash, Stainless Steel Tub, 49 dBA. I have a brand new dishwasher and the third rack at the top does not pull out. It is getting stopped by the water spinner at the top. Anyone else have this happen? Is this top rack adjustable? How if it is? We have tried everything.
Are you certain you removed all the zip ties that were holding different parts of the rack in place during shipping and before installation? I don't see how that would effect the spinning spray or how it would keep the top tray from sliding out, but it was the first thing that came to mind.
I do remember that the top tray can be adjusted but cannot check it at the moment because I am not at home. I will look later.
