Dropdown door was a unique and desired feature...

This combo microwave-convection oven-air fryer-grill works well.
Pros:
- the drop down door (why we bought it in the first place)
- reasonably priced
- the larger glass plate and the two grills and the grilling plate
... and we broke the glass plate but had no problem finding a reasonably priced replacement
Cons:
- Controls are not clear...
- Directions too complicated, combining device functions with recipes...
... a "How To" app or website would be soooo nice.

Works great when switching between two machines

It works perfectly via Bluetooth with my Chromebook (HP X2) and with my Dell laptop at work. In particular, I like being able to use both devices simultaneously with the USB receiver in the Windows laptop so that I can switch back and forth with the small button on the top.

I have a brand new dishwasher and the third rack at the top does not pull out. It is getting stopped by the water spinner at the top. Anyone else have this happen? Is this top rack adjustable? How if it is? We have tried everything.
Are you certain you removed all the zip ties that were holding different parts of the rack in place during shipping and before installation? I don't see how that would effect the spinning spray or how it would keep the top tray from sliding out, but it was the first thing that came to mind.
I do remember that the top tray can be adjusted but cannot check it at the moment because I am not at home. I will look later.
