We had to buy this player to replace the internal DVD drive on our laptop after it completely broke down. Since most laptops do not come with the drives internally anymore, we figured we'd buy this one.
It was relatively easy to set up, but I did find that I had to install the updated software from the disk that came with it to get it to work properly on our laptop.
My wife has several DVDs from other regions that we were very happy to find that this drive would play without an issue!

We love this BluRay player and haven't had any issues with it (unlike our 4K player).
This is our 2nd player of this model. We had no issues with the 1st which is now in our basement that we bought this for our bedroom. The only annoying issue is that there are no indicator lights on the front to show if the unit is on or off.

Bought this TV just before Christmas, and we love it! It was easy to set up and mount on the wall. The picture is clear, crisp and wonderful. The speakers are ok. We were talked into buying a sound bar by the BB rep. The sound bar and sub definitely sound better than the speakers on the TV itself, but if we hadn't have bought the sound bar already, we probably wouldn't go back there to get it.
