Great price point. Good build. Clean app. I haven't really had any of the issues other people have complained about. Unfortunately, the big deal breaker on these for me is that they won't restore the previous On / Off state after a power outage, so when power is restored it just stays off (but does connect to WiFi). So if I'm running remote computers or a DVR based camera system I have to turn them back on manually after a power outage. Company reps keep making excuses as to why this was designed this way and how it's impossible to add this feature. I know other remote switches work this way by default (restore On state after power is restored). I likely won't be staying with these in the future.

decent budget soundbar

I have mixed feelings about this soundbar. Great price. The setup was easy (the wireless sub was already paired and worked out of the box). It integrates with the TCL Roku TV over HDMI Arc wonderfully (though the volume adjustment moves in bigger increments that the native TV sound). At first, the sound was lackluster, you really have to be facing it straight on for it to sound good, but the sound is growing on me. The sub has been feeling a bit under-powered lately. Also the lack of standard mounting screws on the bottom was unfortunate in my setup (TV on arm, soundbar mounted under tv on arm so I had to get a special soundbar cradle type mount). But, at this price point it is still a nice upgrade to the TV built in sound, plus also having the ability to connect other audio sources without having a receiver and speakers.

For the money it's very good. The user interface works well and the companion app for your device is invaluable, especially since the supplied remote barely works...... With a clear line of sight from 11 feet away the remote must be held at just the right angle and height for it to work, not sure if we got a dud but will be contacting support. The Guest feature is the reason we bought this for our STR. Picture quality is just fine at this size and specs, especially coming from my usual tv which is a Samsung 60" UHD

chatted with TCL support, they said the maximum range of the remote is 10 feet, which explains why I have to lean forward to get it to work from 11 to 12 feet away with a clear line of sight
