Why do I have to reset so often?

I purchased an open box in excellent condition, but I'm concerned Best Buy isn't keeping up on their inspections. The device had some type of white substance encrusted on the underside of the watch, wear marks in the wristband, and the large band strap was missing, even though it said all accessories were included. The associate at the return counter also kind of made it sound like I didn't know what I was talking about, but Samsung includes an extra strap with their watches because not everyone has the same sized wrist. However, I lucked out because I found the original Galaxy watch elsewhere to replace the one I lost.

As most of my home is Google now, this seemed like a great product to use with my new 4K TV. I had wanted another Apple TV with 4K (I have an older version that is not 4K), but wasn't ready to shell out the money. Chromecast is pretty nice because it can control my soundbar and TV, plus you can talk to it, and it has a much better click response than my Apple TV remote. However, it does have connectivity problems more often than I'd like.

He set it up just fine, but right off the bat he said he couldn't install the vent I purchased with it because it went too far up into the ceiling. Then he detached the power cord off my old unit and attached it to the new unit, instead of installing the new one I purchased (not sure if he thought I didn't see that... and he didn't leave me the new one to return). Then he said I hadn't purchased the better stainless steel hose for the steam function, which wasn't even offered to me as an option at purchase, but made it seem like it was a favor to upgrade me to the stainless steel over the "rubber" one that comes with the install kit.

I'm docking off some because straight off the bat, the installer said he couldn't put in the washer how I wanted it because the drain hose was too short. He tried to convince me to return the product and not have it installed. I had him modify my original set up wish, and I'll just buy an extender.

I have the item for when I can find someone to install it, but the Geek Squad team that arrived to install it said they couldn't install it because my existing vent went too far up into the ceiling. This could have been avoided if Best Buy provided pre-install consultations.

This is a great season. New player Jamie Grey Hader really added to cast. Sound is outstanding BUT THERE ARE NO SDH SUBTITLES. This is unacceptable for people who are hard of hearing.
