Overall, not mad, they did what they were supposed to. However, it was more stressful than it needed to be. They give you a huge window of time 7a-1p, and the guy calls me at 11:10 to tell me they'll be there in 20-30 minutes, yet didn't show up until 1. Then he says he can't set up the washer how I wanted it done because the drain hose is too short and on the wrong side of the machine to be where I need it. Then says he can't install the dryer vent because it goes too far up into the ceiling. Best Buy could have made this easier by having someone come out before the official install to consult on the matter and address how to get things done the way they need to done.

So far I like it. It's easy to use. I did find drying the fitted sheets was difficult. As with all dryers, pillow cases get trapped in the corners of fitted sheets, and then don't dry all the way. I think the sensor dry might be off if you use eco dry settings, as well.

This is a great season. New player Jamie Grey Hader really added to cast. Sound is outstanding BUT THERE ARE NO SDH SUBTITLES. This is unacceptable for people who are hard of hearing.
