Practically a Horror Movie

I didn't expect the movie to be on the horror side of things, but it was! It was still suspenseful and creative as its Jurassic Franchise predecessors. The filmmakers decided that in this Jurassic World, the dinosaurs were created to be meaner and scarier than all the other Jurassic films. The plot is simple and I have no complaints about the actors. It is a fun romp of dinosaurs of the past and how they related to their future. All and all very entertaining film.

Great Budget Priced LG 4K tv

I bought a LG 4K 43" 6300. It has really amazing clarity on HD. The HD TV looks sharp and has great contrast, more than just a 1080p TV. But this TV upscales to 4K when used with a standard HDMI cable from a regular 1080p bluray player. WOW! You really notice the super clarity, bright colors, sharpness I had never seen before along with an amazing contrast with HDR10. The HDR work to add color with help with a set of standards that program the picture. This ensures you get the picture quality available. I know I didn't get the top of the line LG 4K TV, but I did get an incredible deal and an outstanding 4K picture. The 4K upscaling really sold me on this LG 4K TV. Sometimes you can get your cake and eat too. This 4K TV provides some of the best in picture, vividness and brilliant color separation and overall an amazing TV watching experience. I am glad I was able to pick this 4K TV up. Worth every penny.

Solid Movie

If you like monsters fighting films in a more futuristic setting, this movie might be right up your alley. The Kaiju, larger ugly creatures, come from the ocean floor rift to try and take over the earth by their master alien race. To defend earth, humans have built these enormous robots that require two pilots to "drift" their mind in sync. This helps control the robots movements and action. Speaking of action, there is a lot of it packed in here. CGI was great, plot is interesting and although not a lot of brain power is needed to watch, it is still entertaining. One last thing, this second movie is tries to explain what happened in the first movie. To make your life easier checkout the first movie and then watch this second film. You will have no trouble connecting the dots.

Still Great After all these Years

The Mummy trilogy is entertaining. clever and fun. The first is still the best one but it is great to get a grasp on the Mummy's movies in this four disc film collection. Conveniently packaged all together the film studio made it easy to track down these four movies. If you are not familiar with the Mummy movies, think something like Indiana Jones, but creepier. The characters fight ghosts, mummies and the afterlife. It is kind of keeps you on the edge of your seat. Although the first movie is the best, the fourth installment is pretty good with The Rock (kind of early on in his career). Purchase, get some popcorn ready and enjoy for hours of entertainment.
