Looks great but would prefer the quality of yesteryear. Had an issue with soapy water left in the gasket and called Best Buy and warranty folks for help. Total waste of time and all they wanted to do was send another washer and reinstall. After much ado, we found there was a hole in the gasket, our previous front load didn't have this, and it was clogged from the beginning. Now we know to check the hole before every wash but never would have thought there was a drain in the gasket material. Very disappointed in the service and machine quality.

Have used a few times now and the dryer tends to produce wrinkly clothes. I have even tried the steam to fix the problem but no go. It is too bad but things aren't built like they used to be.
We like the capacity and footprint but to me spend more money developing the capability and functionality and less on it being "connected". Don't get me wrong, I am technically adept but all I want is a good washer and dryer!

It's easy to keep groceries organized and fresh in this spacious, intelligently designed LG refrigerator. With convenient features like a water and ice dispenser and door-in-door bin access, there's no need to constantly open the door just to grab a few frequently used items. This ensures other foods remain cool and keeps the refrigerator energy-efficient.
LRFDS3016S refrigerator - Is there a way to turn down, or off, the tones when you select various options on the display? Annoying and should be configurable!
