Many issues with BB installation team. Tried charging for no cost install and wasn't installed properly. Was told by BB sales they will need to connect appliance to wall to prevent tipping but they never did this nor did they respond to my concerns.

Happy with the purchase but very unhappy with Apple. I replaced an older model of the same machine which the lithium ion battery has overheated and distorted itself and the notebook case. Very unhappy that Apple didn't stand behind even though it was out of warranty as they were given it to other out of warranty machines. Additionally, the tech said just go to the Apple Store as the batteries are not expensive. Reminded the tech that the case has also been permanently modified because of the battery and that many of the systems are no longer working properly due to the battery failure.
I may move back to Windows based systems in the future but needed a quick way to get back to work. I can spend $1500 less and get a Windows machine that will work for me and would have gone that route if I had the time to convert to Windows.

I have had a Thumper for years but is bulky and can't get deep into muscles accurately. The Hyperice has been great and I have used it everyday to help with muscle pains and knots. Can't leave home without it :)
I have 2 negatives:
- the length of battery is supposed to be around 3 hours but
- Instructions don't really explain how to use to access certain muscles and which accessory is best for which part of the body.

LRFDS3016S refrigerator - Is there a way to turn down, or off, the tones when you select various options on the display? Annoying and should be configurable!
