This IdeaCentre All-in-One computer has all the basic functions, includinga re-writable DVD drive. I've been replacing my desktop towers and associated peripherals with AIO's. I think this unit would be fine for the majority of home users. I chose the large hard drive version over the smaller SSD versions. I have already recommended this to people.

This certainly got rid of a collection of cables! This is my first Windows-based All-in-One PC, and I love it. The wireless keyboard and mouse respond well, and, yes, are cable free. The speakers are a bit on the weak side, but clear and distinct. And, guess what? Cable free. I share an external USB Blu-ray between this and my other DVD-less computers. Aha, there's a cable. The camera is tucked away and pops up only when you need it for video calls. I also like the screen's clean appearance with almost no borders. The Intel Core i5 and 12GB keep this computer humming along. The 256GB storage is OK for general use. I installed a 4GB Network Attached Server (also from Best Buy) to handle big data storage needs. I am pleased with this computer, and recommend it.

I bought this to print CDs and DVDs - the "printable" kind that do not require paper labels. This is a lot less costly than dedicated CD printers and is not designed to be a "production" printer. For one-offs, it's great. CDs/DVDs to be printed are placed on a special carrier tray. In about a minute, you've printed a CD. Epson's "CD Print" software is included.

Though deceptively simple in appearance, this soundbar adapter is easy to adjust to fit. It's attached to ANSI screws already being used to hold up the TV. Loosen, adjust, tighten. I got rid of the wall mount. Sound now seems to come from the plane of the TV. Recommended.

Can this computer contect to a smart tv either by casting or a converter?
For casting, your TV needs to be on the same wireless home network your computer is on. And, not all programs or apps permit casting. When they do permit casting, this PC should be able to cast. Attached are two photos from a YouTube example. Select your YouTube video. Photo #1 shows the options, including the casting icon (second from right) that displays on the lower right corner of the YouTube video display. Once you click on the casting icon, another pop-up will appear showing the list of enable items (Photo #2). Select the one you want, and you're done. I think a better solution not needing a network might be to use a USB-C adapter from the computer to an HDMI cable plugged into the TV HDMI input. Set the computer to "mirror" the screen.
