First off to truly appreciate the Glass movie you must see the prior films Unbreakable and Split in that order to avoid not understanding the true meaning of Glass. Some have compare these films to the "Marvel Superhero" films, that's not the case and if you do you will be disappointed with Glass. I liked the film although I thought it bogged down in the second half. As to the performances, once again James McAvoy shines in this film (as well as in Split). Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson both deliver their best performances in years too, but James McAvoy performance deserves an Oscar nomination. Overall the film is a worthy conclusion to the trilogy, I only wish the second half of the film hadn't felt like it had run it's course and was flat. Also without giving anything away, unfortunately the ending was a bit of a letdown too.

First Man basically isn't just your usual bio-pic of Neil Armstrong (the first man to step foot on the moon nearly fifty years ago), but it's rather about what he and his wife went through leading up to the point. Neil comes across as uncaring, almost robot like which is my only fault with this film. That being said, technically it's a fantastic film. A good companion picture to see before watching First Man would be The Right Stuff which covers the ground prior to what First Man covers.

The movie follows in the Ocean's 11 - 13 film footsteps, although it revolves around Debbie Ocean, the sister of Danny Ocean. Set in NYC instead of Las Veges and features an all female cast pulling off a robbery heist at the Met Gala. The movie is a lot of fun and very enjoyable to watch - good popcorn flick.

Where as the Conjuring and Annabella movies relied on interesting storytelling and acting, I'm afraid this latest film runs out of steam and resorts to loud noises and visual special effects to generate scares. It's a bit of a let down compared to the other films in this series, but on the other hand this is still a good scary film.

Warner Brothers should be highly commended for their fantastic restoration and remastering of one of the all time greatest SciFi films ever made. In addition, the slight errors in visual effects which became apparent on prior releases have been fixed too. What you end up is a version of the film despite being 50 years old is like seeing it for the very first time. This is the film that should be in every 4K movie collection.

I love the Predator movies and this collection is a no-brainer, especially when it only costs like $5 more than just buying the latest 2018 Predator reboot movie costs by itself. Plus you get postcard size mini posters of all four movies. The movies look great on 4K, although the earlier ones show their age but do look better on 4K than ordinary blu-ray.

This is the second movie of the trilogy. The film picks up right after the first film so you'll need to have seen the first film otherwise you'll be completely lost. Now the kids have broken free of the Maze their journey to find the answers begins.Lots of action in the second film. In this film you'll begin to fill in the answers to the questions that came up in the first film. The film looks good in 4K.

This film could have been just another wannabe knock off of the "Lord of the Flies" story line but instead it's set in a post-apocalypse world with medical researchers experimenting on these kids. Further more the kids are able to use their smarts to turn the tables on those who are experimenting on them. The new 4K version looks good.

John Carpenter's original HALLOWEEN is still some 40 years later one of the best horror films ever made, Over the years I've upgraded my VHS copy to DVD to Blu-ray and now to 4K Blu-ray. This 4K version is basically the 35th Anniversary Blu-ray edition. The picture looks great for a film that was shot on a low budget years ago, so don't expect a crystal clear picture, but I did notice the night scenes were better looking on 4K than regular Blu-ray.

No Oscars for this film, but it's a guilty pleasure of mine. It's a CIA, Cat and Mouse, Revenge film all rolled into one. Don't over think this film as you'll be disappointed, just sit back and enjoy the action ride.
