Expensive but worth it

Glad I bit the bullet on this one. I looked at this one for months but was hesitant because of the price. I am a bookkeeper so I spend a lot of time on the computer everyday. I love this keyboard. It has a low profile so you don't need a wrist pad. Your arms can just lay on the desk without any strain or discomfort. The keys are also low profile and have a nice little contour to them, it has the look and feel of a laptop keyboard virus the old school chunky keyboard. I would highly recommend for anyone that works on a computer all day!

Great dishwasher with nice options

I was very excited about the third rack in this dishwasher but after a week of use it was actually a problem. My everyday glasses are 6" tall and didn't fit in the middle rack. Anything more than a coffee cup would hit the top rack. I resorted to reading the manual (which I never do) to see if I could remove the top rack and wa-la problem solved. The middle rack is adjustable to multiple heights. You just have to play with it and find the one that works for you. Here is a tip for you, when you adjust the height spin the water blade on the bottom of the basket to make sure it clears your dinner plates on the bottom rack. Sometimes it really pays to read the manuals! The dishwasher itself is great and does a good job at cleaning and drying. I really like the extra dry setting and delayed start options.

Dual ice make for the win

I bought this to replace an Amana bottom freezer. I love the french door style and the dual ice maker is a huge win in my book. Unlike most units with water/ice in the door, this mini ice maker is in the door and still gives you narrow shelves in the door. You don't have to give up a third of the top shelf for the ice maker like other brands I looked at. It also has a full size ice maker in the bottom drawer so running out of ice is never an issue. The bottom freezer is big and holds a lot of stuff. I also really like that they put the water filter in an easy to reach location. So why only 4 stars... there is one thing I don't like. You have to open both doors completely in order to open the deli drawer. It is across the bottom and the whole width of the refrigerator. I think smaller split drawers would have been better. I also would have liked more options for adjusting the shelf height. It is adjustable but with limited options.

Delivery and customer service totally failed

The delivery service was awful and the follow up service from BestBuy was just as bad.
The delivery guy was horrible. He bad mouthed the company and his employees and was yelling at the poor kid that was with him the whole time. We have 4 steps on our front porch and he did not strap the refrigerator to the dolly for safety. I told him he needed to take the doors off the refrigerator to get it in the kitchen and he refused only removing the door handles. He was rushing and not paying attention to what he was doing and I told him he was going to dent it. He then preceded to slam the refrigerator into the end of my countertop putting a dent in the door. He also dented the side of the refrigerator getting it out of the truck. He then told me that BestBuy would and I quote "throw money at me" to keep. He didn't think the two dents were a problem and denied doing it, even though he did it right in front of me and I called him out on it.
The next day BestBuy called me and offered me compensation to keep the dented refrigerator. Which I did not want. When I told her the full story, she said that he had lied to them in his report and photos and said I was ok with taking a credit. She was not happy and would make sure to escalate the problem. She told me due to covid and shipping that it would be easier/faster to order me a new refrigerator rather than wait for a replacement door and she would call me back in a few hours after she talked to a supervisor. I did not receive a call back. Two days later I called again and another agent confirmed the notes and that a replacement had been ordered and would be delivered on 12/8 or 12/10. My delivery date comes and goes and no delivery. I called yesterday and after spending over an hour on the phone and talking to 4 different agents I am told that the order was never placed and the refrigerator is out of stock with no ETA on if it will be available in the future. The parts department said replacement doors are not an option either. My only option is to return it, exchange it for a more expensive model and pay the difference, or keep it and take a credit. Here is where it gets really good.... it is a store credit. They refuse to put the credit back on my BestBuy credit card which is how I originally financed the purchase. At this point I don't even have the option of returning it and buying one somewhere else because they already hauled away my old one when they delivered this one a month ago. I am beyond frustrated. BestBuy is never the best deal when it comes to pricing but I always buy from them because of the high level of customer service. They totally failed this time.

Shouldn't a dryer come with a power cord?

The cord comes with a clamp to support the weight of the cord. Make sure they install it. They did not put the sport on and the wires were pulling out the back. I had to call them back to fix it. I could see the part in the manual, but it was clearly missing from the unit.

A little too short

My computer does NOT have any USB-C ports. Will the cable included with this Logitech MX keyboard allow me to charge it from my computer's standard USB ports?

Please help. I'm switching from a different external keyboard. When I use the MX keys on either Unifying Reciever or Bluetooth, when going into Windows Remote Desktop, the Start and Alt keys are swapped. Meaning they do not do what they say on the keys.

Has anyone had issues with the numeric keypad turning off? Mine turns off every night and is not fixed with the number lock button. Wondering if this is common or if I have a defective item.
