While the TV in of itself is great, the remote sucks. It is very small, smaller than a Fire Stick remote. And some of the controls make no sense from ergonomic standpoint. And to top it off, it is recharged through a small solar panel on the back side. That means if you don't turn it face down when you're not using it, the battery will run down. And then there's always the question of is the battery replaceable? Oh, did I forget to mention that they do not use Fire Stick or Roku type software which means you have to learn a whole new operating system.

Having trouble connecting my DISH cable to this TV. in order for me to watch DISH cable on any TV I have to connect the Coaxial cable to the coax input. However, when I perform this function on this TV, I am only able to see free antenna channels. Help?!

I can't power up the 43-inch Toshiba Fire TV purchase from Best Buy using the Spectrum DTA-have to manually turn the TV on at the set or use the (Toshiba) remote to turn the TV on. 91 yr. old to operate & need 1 remote.

I am having this TV installed/mounted thru Geek Squad next week. The wall is concrete, which is the best type of mount? Should I check to see where studs are? And do I need to buy any cables (besides HDMI 4k for xbox)? Thx
I assume that there is a stud wall against the concrete wall like in a finished basement. Yes you will need to locate the studs to anchor the mount to. You can use a stud finder (not a dating service ;) ) to find the studs. Another way is to measure from the nearest outlet that is normally attached to a stud. Studs are typically on 16" centers. There are basically two types of wall mounts. One only allows the TV to be tilted out from the wall while the other will allow the TV to be moved out from the wall and rotated and/or tilted to allowing different viewing positions. The Geek Squad will be able to explain in greater detail.
