I purchased this product and there is no code offered to redeem it. It has a link to instructions on how to redeem. When you follow the instructions it basic tells you to go to Steam and activate your product by entering a code. The problem is they didn't give me a code. I don't see it anywhere in my digital library. Does anyone have a solution for this? I tried their online chat help and got stuck waiting until I just gave up and went to bed. It also says "no returns". How can I return something they didn't give me, but have charged me for?

Will this graphics card work with an AMD Ryzen 9 3900X? Also will it work with an AMD Ryzen 7 3800X? (I'm still deciding which one to get)
Yes, it will work with pretty much any processor that runs on a motherboard with a PCI express slot. One of my computers I'm running it on is a 13 year Pentium core 2 duo and there isn't any issue. The other computer I have one in is a Ryzen 5 3600, but it will work with any Ryzen as long as you have enough room in your case and your power supply supports it. You'll need both a 8 pin pcie and 6 pin pcie cable.
