I am a first time CyberPowerPC customer but I definitely recommend this brand to everyone! I was a bit skeptical on buying a prebuilt but my friend had told me about this company and decided to give them a try. The shipping was FAST, about a week earlier than the projected delivery date and packaging was perfect. No damages or anything like that.
When I opened the PC, there was a giant packaging pillow (?) I am not sure what they're called but it protected the internals really well. Not a single cable out of place. They include a detailed instructions on what to do and what not to do when starting the PC. All I had to do was follow those instructions and connect to the power and DONE.
The PC is fast, well put together and well packaged. My brother was very impressed with the PC and is now in process of buying a CyberPowerPC for himself after I let him use mine for a few hours. And guess what. Now my wife wants one too!
