Bought for kids desktops. Bluetooth and RGB lighting was the main draw, not much else will get you these features in this price range. Sound is mediocre but good enough for kids. We did have one that just died in the first month, simple no-questions-asked exchange at best buy! Long story short, Logitech or better for the rents, and these are fine for the kiddos!

Maybe I got a bad one but returned. I am used to Sony color science and grabbed this to pair with my PS5 until 4k/120 is further massaged. Twas a mistake, too far away from the phenomenal Sony picture I am used. Many who have not experienced high end might enjoy or even be amazed but not me. I give it high marks for 60hz gaming and brightness, everything else was too far below my standard. Cable looked like mud and tuning controls are far more limited than anything I have used besides a computer monitor. I think the price is right for what you get though. So fairness in cost is there...

HOLY SMOKES. WHAT A VALUE!!!!! The initial pairing threw me off a bit but since that got ironed out, they have been ironclad. Even switching on and off when getting in and out of my Bluetooth-enabled vehicle. The sound is full and bass-heavy and plain ole enjoyable. The design does not LOCK into your ear like those models with an ear hook but that's totally understandable. Just keep them clean and use the right size fitting and you should be good. I do not use them to run or play sports so I can't speak to that but for general use (walking, grocery shopping, etc.) they are fine and have never fallen out and hit the floor. I can feel them backing out over long periods of use but you just push them back in and doing so doesn't seem to trigger unnecessary controls. I used some of my gift certs while they were on sale so I got myself and my youngest daughter a set for less than $25 after tax. Theft! lol

I’ve already added a 2nd 1TB NVMe Drive. Wanted more space and something way faster than the oem 512GB for creating content. There are two slots available.

can the keyboard be lit with a normal white light? or does it stay RGb?
Yes, just change all of your chosen Zone colors to white. Very simple in the Alienware app.

Is the trackpad made of glass or plastic? Does the computer have an aluminum or plastic case?
My unit is made of glass. Feels incredible albeit the functionality will take some getting used to, simple things like moving the cursor are not what I am accustomed to...

does this use optimus graphics? and if yes, can it be disabled in bios? this is something that should be specified for every gaming laptop but never is.
Owner response - you can switch between discrete and hybrid graphics in the NVIDA controller app. You can either choose between global selection or per program. If the program is not listed and it is installed on the laptop, you just have to add it to the list.

is this RTX 2070 Max-Q or non Max-Q?
Be careful, others are assuming because of Dell's website (as of June 21st, 2020) that this machine is a MAX-Quiet... it is not, is a full RTX 2070. I purchased two of them. I have no idea why the manufacturer does not offer this upgrade, but I am happy exists here on Best Buy regardless... Not to mention the price... I will save all other opinions for my review.
