I am having trouble getting the bluetooth remote to work. I have added/connected it to my samsung phone and charged it but it does not take a picture or video? I really want to use it to take videos but nothing yet? What step am I missing?
It happened to me.. I turned off the bluetooth from other devices closed by. Then pair it again.. and it worked. It takes a little bit at the beginning.
