Rugged, Solid drop proof protection

I'm protecting my IPad with this solid rugged keyboard. I love it, I been dropping my device many times, so not issues, no cracks. In Terms of functionality have issues only with 1 or 2 key letters. That doesn't work all the sudden. The comes back again working, so needed to turn off the bluetooth.. but other than that is ok.

I been using my Pc since day one.. With no Issues. Great performance, no crash at all. Speed great, the graphics are so nice and shiny. I use for many personal things, The screen is quite thin, the edges so you get a lot of screen. The Digital finger scan is also great, no issues. So I can be the only one using it. Love it. I am having trouble getting the bluetooth remote to work. I have added/connected it to my samsung phone and charged it but it does not take a picture or video? I really want to use it to take videos but nothing yet? What step am I missing?
It happened to me.. I turned off the bluetooth from other devices closed by. Then pair it again.. and it worked. It takes a little bit at the beginning.
