Nice transfer to 4K UHD .You notice a bit more details than the Blu-ray and a few bloopers like red stains on clothing prior to fight scenes in the bazaar in Raiders .PQ overall looked natural and organic without major CG enhancements. Letter boxing in evidence though with head shots cropped at times. Liked the Dolby Atmos. John Williams symphonic orchestral flourishes came through nicely in Raiders . Packaging of the discs in individual steel cases for each movie was amazingly good. Overall, reccomended.

Loved the 4K extended version of the trilogy. Definitely added to the back story of the plot shown in the theatrical version. The technical quality standard of the PQ and audio was very good too More detail is evident than the previous blu ray version. HDR color saturation was pleasing and the Dolby Atmos sounded great on my 5.1 audio system. This 4K is now the definitive one to own if you are a fan of the Hobbit. Worth noting that in terms of movie quality, An Unexpected Journey and the Desolation of Smaug are by far the best of the trilogy .

Great TV love that 75' screen

I bought the Samsung 75' Q80T QLED to replace a 3 year 4K 65' LG OLED TV that I had to junk due to burnt in screen issues. I understand that the Samsung 4K QLED TV is not susceptible to this problem and I liked the extra 10 inches of screen size. So no huge regrets thus far.
In all honesty, I did notice however that the side angle views of the Samsung QLED screen were not as good as the OLED and the OLED had slightly better HDR color saturation . On the positive side the QLED had less glare in bright room situations and very quick smart TV response. Probably better for game viewing too. The audio was not bad either but I would recommend to at least get a sound bar to upgrade the audio.
I used the Geek Squad services for delivery and installation and they quickly connected it to my 5.1 audio system. Unfortunately they were not able to program my universal remote and I have to use two remotes to operate the Samsung QLED now.
I bought the new Samsung at the Black Friday price which was actually much lower than the price for a comparable 4K UHD TV w/ HDR a year ago. I highly recommend the Samsung Q 80 T when it goes on sale all things considered.

I have all Nolan's movies in blu-ray. He is one of the most creative director's today. Tenet , while good and thought provoking is not one of his best films. It uses some of the creative energy of Inception and weaves it into a spy thriller with a plot line difficult to follow. There are some great action sequences to be sure but a lot of rabbit hole plot lines too. I am not sorry I got the blu ray since even mediocre Nolan is worth owning.

No is the right answer. You can get the MLB app on your
4KTV for free if it has google play and you have a google account. Luckily I did.
Love this player for picture quality but streaming app inventory is a definite negative . You really need a smart TV for sport and special purpose apps other than the most popular movie ones which this player does have.
