Love the steelbook!

I love the Marvel Cinematic Universe but most of the time their Blu-ray discs are only sold at full price so I had to skip the three Iron Man movies... but thanks to Best Buy who just put out all three of them on 4k and in steelbooks for 14.99... I now own all of them!
As far as the movie goes, some fans didn't like Iron Man 2 but I loved it. Mickey Rourke was terrific as Whiplash, nothing like the comic character but still good and Scarlett Johanson was much different than the comic book version of Natasha but she made the character her own. Movie looks and sounds great in 4k and I love the digital option for my Vudu account.

I needed a new receiver that handled 4k correctly and this Onkyo not only fit the bill but it was on sale! I didn't see any degradation of picture quality running my 4k Blu Ray player and Roku through this unit and out to my TV. Sounds great and being able to play my Flac music files using USB and having a jazzy on screen display was just icing on the cake for me. I love this Onkyo so far!

Captain Marvel did a very good job of introducing the character to the Marvel Cinematic Universe and also bringing in the Kree race and the Kree/Skrull war, although not exactly as portrayed in the classic Roy Thomas/Neal Adams and Tom Palmer story.
Jude Law was wickedly good as Yon-Rogg and the rest of the cast was good too.

A really good Wolverine movie with a great cast to boot. Very, very loosely based on the Chris Claremont/Frank Miller Wolverine mini-series, this follows Wolverine after the events of the X-Men: Last Stand movie and leads into the X-Men Days Of Future Past movie. Wolverine heads to Japan where he meets Mariko and tussles with Viper and the Silver Samuri.
The blu-ray transfer is beautiful and included both theatrical and extended cut of the movie. Can't speak to the 3d version because I don't have a 3d tv.

Great Movie But 4k Not Much Better Than Blu-Ray

Love this movie so took advantage of the Black Friday sale to pick up the 4k copy of this movie. First off, the top left corner of the case was smashed in. The disc was fine but I would have liked it to be in better shape when I picked it up. I didn't notice because the red receipt was taped over it.
