I never received the email or instructions or codes either. I called Best Buy customer service twice and emailed them on facebook messenger. This offer is time limited, and I still not have received the email/ codes/ instructions and it is almost a month later. Calls to Best Buy have fallen on deaf ears... they say "the master coder" has to take care of it. and never does. The way I see it is that I have 2 options.... return the item prior to January 15, 2022, or as I have done today, filed a dispute with credit card company because they did not deliver all the items in my shopping cart (i.e., the supposed to be free activation code and instructions, which is the terms and conditions of the same). I do not pay for what I do not receive. Other retailers had similar promotions going on for the same item, but with different streaming services. Now, after the holidays, I do not see it being offered. elsewhere. So I lode. if I lose, Best Buy loses as well.
