No directions at all as how to put this case on your fragile glass phone. I tried calling the toll free # Saturday.. they aren't open for support!! I had no idea the case came apart into pieces that had to be put on one at a time. I am surprised I did not break my brand new expensive phone trying to get / force it into the case. Then I found a youtube video done by some Tom, Dick, or Harry showing how to do it in a way that was far from clear to understand. This rating reflects: 1.) their lack of any type directions in or on the box or on their website; and 2.) lack of weekend availability for direction support

$19.99 plus sales tax is way too expensive for a small piece of plastic that really should have come with the device when you purchased it to begin with (in my opinion). Also Amazon Echo people said that the Echo Show first and second generation stands are different and you should stay with the stand for the proper generation of your Echo Show.

Got this microwave 2 months ago January 2021 (color white)... only I use it for reheat purposes, certainly not a lot of use. Yesterday I noticed the fan was running, on its own, and the microwave was not used in hours. First time I have ever noticed this in a microwave EVER. I hope this is not a sign of defect or an electrical issue. We shall see what happens. In any case, when I run into any appliance from a particular manufacturer and it does not live up to my expectation, I never buy another appliance of the same brand name (or any of its subsidiaries) in the future.

Not really impressed with this 4K TV. Sound quality is less than my higher end previous 10 year old 1080p Sharp Aquos Quattron (no longer made) TV. Picture quality actually better on my 10 year old 1080p TV. Sometimes there are jerky scenes, which is really odd for a TV.

I was very excited about my new GPS but unfortunately I'm really disappointed today after using my device first time. I bought this device mainly for live traffic information as my previous garmin GPS did not have that feature. I prefer not using my cell phone and network data for navigation which drains phone battery as well especially on long routes. The reason I am very hurt today is that the only way I can get live traffic information in my new GPS is by using smartlink app through my phone.... then what is the meaning of publicizing that garmin can also provide live traffic updates and we have HD traffic receivers etc etc etc. When I tried to get live traffic information the following window popped up as shown in the image. My device says LMT which according to some reviewers mean that I don't need an extra reciever or special cable to get traffic information but contrary my device is found to be unable to get ang kind of traffic information without traffic receiver. Whats the point of having traffic enabled gps device if it actually extracts traffic information from your cellphone and display on its screen, Interesting fact??? I looked everywhere on you tube, best buy and garmin website but could not find any specific answers. Perhaps I also did not search well enough as well. But I believe it is also unfair that a product is being sold with the tag of live traffic information but in reality it might need an extra 70$ -100$ to serve that purpose in buying traffic reciever. I read in multiple reviews before buying, that LMT device means that it has internal traffic reciever so it doesn't need an extra reciever or cable. Perhaps my research was not good enough. But I hope my review will help other buyers to know this before purchasing this product as I couldn't find this information before buying and garmin product description and information is very vague about this feature.... On one page GPS 61 is enlisted in the device list of HD traffic capable devices but there is no clear information in product details that you have to buy extra cable or receiver to get that feature which means spending of 70-100$ extra after spending 300$, otherwise be ready to use your phone. What's the point of spending 300$ for dedicated new gps device with live traffic tag while it actually depends on your phone for navigation????

I was going to bu this model tomorrow, but since they do not include th e traffic cable, I am not. I have had previous Garmin GPS units with traffic, and the traffic antenna was always built right in to the power line. I would not not pay more for a traffic cable separately. Lost sale for you Garmin.

I ordered this ac online and it delivered in horrible condition, the box clearly had signs of poor handling as well water marks on the outter box. I immediately was in complete disappointment. I decided to try my luck and installed it. After turning it on there was no cold air producing. I returned it to best buy for a complete refund. I asked for a replacement and of course they were sold out. I am still without and ac till this day.

I always check out the AC to make sure it is working before I install it. They are heavy, and putting in and out is a hassle. As soon as it comes out of the box, Itest it.

Came home excited with my tv, we installed it that evening, notice the legs where not good quality. Got it set up , all was ok until we heard a loud noise, the tv was on the floor shattered, one of the legs broke. Not only did the sound landing on the floor scared the lift out of us, we where just like shocked. I couldn't get no one in Best Buy to help me, only thing I could get was a refund for the extended warranty. Left completely with no tv and $351 lost. Never will buy anything again from Best Buy.

Was told TV would be delivered on Saturday it arrived the following Thursday. Opened box large crack in back panel. Returned to store, had two wait an additional 8 days for new TV, opened box, multiple cracks on screen. Called Best Buy for hours with no answer. Curbside pick up made me go into the store, and I had to talk to 3 people before anyone helped. This is an upsetting experience for a senior citizen, who expected curbside pick up, during a pandemic.

It is supposed to work with high content files. Like 4k camera pictures and video. It is priced accordingly. Well, this card was not able to recognize a sony A7IIs camera. A total waste of money. Very disappointed.

4K high definition? How come my TV does not have anywhere near as much high definition as the store models on display? I have cable , and also over the air broadcast, and also stream some services. 1080p TV has more up close definiton

I do not have an email with instructions or code. My receipt has a link to this page. How do I accept this digital gift of free three months of Apple TV+ ?
I never received the email or instructions or codes either. I called Best Buy customer service twice and emailed them on facebook messenger. This offer is time limited, and I still not have received the email/ codes/ instructions and it is almost a month later. Calls to Best Buy have fallen on deaf ears... they say "the master coder" has to take care of it. and never does. The way I see it is that I have 2 options.... return the item prior to January 15, 2022, or as I have done today, filed a dispute with credit card company because they did not deliver all the items in my shopping cart (i.e., the supposed to be free activation code and instructions, which is the terms and conditions of the same). I do not pay for what I do not receive. Other retailers had similar promotions going on for the same item, but with different streaming services. Now, after the holidays, I do not see it being offered. elsewhere. So I lode. if I lose, Best Buy loses as well.
