the price of admission is steep for this gigantic device that still can't compete/replace your laptop.
if you're a designer and want something to sketch with and leave the heavy lifter laptop at home then this is a great device.
if you want a casual internet and email device, stick with a nice Chromebook or entry-level Windows laptop.
if you want designer horsepower and like having a keyboard and full functional software, spend your money on a nice WIndows or Mac laptop

soft touch materials and standard mouse "arching" make it comfortable to use for long periods of time.
MS also seems to have fixed the random un-pair that often happens with their BT products. Haven't had to repair this one to my PC since buying it.
