Did I buy a lemon??? This is the worst HP laptop I've ever owned. The 100% Volume is the equivalent of my ENVY x360 at 30%. And the screen must be tilted at a 45-degree angle to see it clearly. I only bought this for the larger screen to view my online exercise classes. (1) I have to use my Envy at the same time to clearly hear the audio and (2) When exercising up and down, I would have to adjust the screen angle with every step which of course is not possible. Absolute waste of money, but worse is the effect on my nerves trying to use it every day. Too late to return and Geek Squad has done all they could since bought in August 2025. Absolute rubbish!

The tablet itself seems very fine. But it came with NO INSTRUCTIONS except how to turn it on. I tried finding info online and that was a huge project of little help. So I fumbled around with apps, etc. and got the minimum I require to use the tablet. Fine product but EXTREMELY FRUSTATING to learn how to use it.

Unexpected issue resolved

The installers and I were all perplexed when the dryer plug could not be inserted into the outlet at my brand new home. So they did as much as possible under the circumstances - even staying a while longer to explain more fully what was causing the problem. Fortunately, our local maintenance man was able to exchange the plug for one that worked! So I was able to use my lovely new dryer with no difficulties at all.

Minor glitches but good overall

Except for some minor irritations and glitches from time to time, I am overall glad I bought another Envy 360 when my last one crashed. While the keyboard backlighting is not as good as my previous Envy, HP is one of the few manufacturers offering that helpful lighting option anymore.
