I loved this product until my ET-2720 printer experienced a paper jam today. Epson said there is no way for me to remove it myself - it must be sent out for REPAIR. SERIOUSLY???? The ink works perfectly fine. But my printer does not. Huge disappointment and major inconvenience.

Paper jams require REPAIR???????

I was extremely happy with this printer . . . until today. Do you know there is NO WAY to remove a paper jam unless it is easy to remove from the outside??? There is no lid to lift up like any other printer I have owned. Now Epson tells me I have to send it out for repair! So I am left with no printer for my important documents this coming week. VERY UPSET.

The tablet itself seems very fine. But it came with NO INSTRUCTIONS except how to turn it on. I tried finding info online and that was a huge project of little help. So I fumbled around with apps, etc. and got the minimum I require to use the tablet. Fine product but EXTREMELY FRUSTATING to learn how to use it.
