So Useful for arthritic hands

Quite Frankly, It is amazing how useful this kitchen system is -- for everything from Smoothies to making sauces and even helps me tremendously with processing ingredients for my home canning. I even like the dough function as well and it does help me out (given I've got arthritis in my hands). EASY to clean, basically all but the base can be placed in the dishwasher (which is a real boon here - you don't want to sponge off or hand wash the sharp blades. I'll admit, this is a replacement device for the ninja I bought several years ago (that's how much I use mine). With canning such as tomato sauces/tomato bases - it gets a LOT of use just in that processing alone (can even make salsas!).

Upgrade for those who enjoy SLR Photography

I needed a new laptop and unfortunately all the standard models only have about 500Meg of storage (Which is unconscionably TINY for anyone that uses not just spreadsheets/word processing and design software, but also who is someone who has Digital SLRs and shoots in the raw (and processes their own prints).
With that said, I chose this 2TB upgrade to put into my new laptop, and it has worked like a charm. There's not the noise of the older hard drives, it hasn't failed me (yet), and backs up to external drives easily enough. I've been able to enjoy my SLR Photography (and my legacy licensed Adobe Creative Suite) on this new device with the new hard drive
(and all my software loaded cleanly, 1st time, no problems at all).
I now have the Drive space to be able to relax and enjoy my travels, my (rural) hometown and the space around me like I should with a SSD Drive that is matched to my own needs.
One final note -- Best Buy's Tech Service did add this drive to the new computer for me and it eased my mind to have it done so fast after purchasing the new laptop. ALL I had to concentrate on was backing up the old device and making sure I migrated my existing software (and licenses) to the new one. That also was a time saver for me.

Great for guest areas of your home

For my comfort to age in place (and for anyone with disabilities), I have updated my home (bit by bit) with Smart Devices/Bulbs (and yes, that includes HUE Bulbs). This has made life so much easier (since I don't have to go room by room across the entire house and just have to use my SmartDevice to turn off every room's bulbs now).
This 'switch' is magnetic to a holder that basically I stick on a pillar in each room (this way when they use the guest room, they have an easy to use control to dim, turn on/off and otherwise make it more comfortable lighting-wise).

Excellent 2-in-1, but too small SSD Drive

I've owned the HP Envy 2-in-1s before and they've always been reliable. The screen is a touch screen, and its colors are vibrant, pretty much accurate, and the script (when you use your keyboard or touchscreen app) is very clear (and can be increased in size easily for those who have visual disabilities (including easy to read for elderly eyes).
However, the fact remains that the standard SSD Drive is unconscionably tiny (Especially when one considers that it is inherently sketchy to use cloud services, as well as when you are someone who engages in hobbies like SLR Photography (and shoot in the raw and then process your photos yourself on your own computer.
REMEMBER here to read your user guide -- after all, the ON (POWER ON) button is in a different place than previous models (this one has POWER ON Located right above the backspace key). This protects the power on itself (in a way, I think this makes it far more durable since you're not worried about powering on the computer when inserting it into your Laptop bag for transporting), and you can't accidentally turn it on by rubbing the side.
Next is the issue of no DVD Drive at all on any of the computers now being sold/marketed, but that is easily solved with a simple DVD RW Drive that can be connected via the USB Port (and note -- there are less USB ports on these newer models).

In other words, for the security of my documents, spreadsheets, hobbies and everything else, I want a Hard Drive/SSD Drive that is able to accommodate what I do every day even as a retiree -- security, ability to control access to my files and not have to worry overmuch about the fact that they are vulnerable in any way. I kept the original drive and will mount it in an external drive case for future use (I can use this to back up the hard drives of relatives who don't generate as many intricate files as I Do and only need occasional backups for their own computers).
(I ended up purchasing a separate 2 TB SSD Drive and having it installed upon purchase of the 2-in-1 itself so that I'll have full functionality of my new computer from the start.)

Good for finding stuff around house (Vac, remotes)

Well, it is louder for me (and I can also use the Tile App to help track where in the house is my Robovac (sigh .. it does tend to wander off at times - just saying), and that makes it hard to find in the home), and the APP does let me know if I am getting closer to its location in the house. I wish that the battery was replaceable (kind of like in the way that you replace Hearing Aid Batteries), but that's not what the tile sticker is (It is a one-time thing - supposedly the sealed unit lasts a couple of years). Needless to say, I expect to eventually pull this off the vac and replace (which is ok -- it's small anyways).
Stuck well enough to the robovac in a discrete area that doesn't interfere in its functioning. The most time consuming process was to add the new tile sticker to the app.

This regular backup (And rotating a pair of backup drives to make sure everything I need to save is saved), then you never lose anything (except the most immediate file you are working on) at any time (and yes, Hard drives on computers do Fail -- thus the need to back up your files!)

Got on sale, good for keeping guest coffee warm

For my purposes, this is a good choice. It is kind of a ritual to initially set the clock (just saying, I only use coffee maker to make coffee for guests), so once set, it worked like a charm (and keeping the coffee warm for several hours is a bonus here). The one thing I would say is that cleaning the pot is a bit of a problem (I'd prefer a slightly different design for this), but it can be done with a kitchen scrubber that you can add dishsoap liquid to. As a result, I now have a coffee pot for those times I have guests, and it works.

Are the filters washable
Although I looked it up (and it is said it can be lightly washed/vacuumed off, you can shake out the filter too), I wouldn't recommend actually washing the filter given what I saw of the construction. Sure it is sturdy enough, but looking at the inside of the filter, I'd say it is far better to vacuum/shake out the surface and replace every so often than to warp the filter by deeper washing and potentially ruining the hepa component (or unit itself).

Can the ionizer be turned on and off so that particular feature is just on when people aren't at home? Can this be done both on the unit itself and remotely via the app?
YES! I have actually done this via the app (while I was at Physical Therapy), and had it run when I was out of the house. I was able to successfully turn it on, set the fan speed and time limits.
(I haven't done it at the unit ltself -- but you can turn on the unit before you leave without using the app and set the fan speed too. It's just easier for me to use remote app control).

It uses the MAF-01 Filter for the Ibuki (and by using that filter model number, you can ask for it as Best Buy or look it up on Amazon or other websites to see if they have that filter for sale.

Not really. Although you can adjust it quite easily (for example, I have moved the divider to form 4 sections - one for wines, one for bottled water, one for sodas, and a fourth for such as the protein drinks (or anything else - like cheeses). IT is the way I stack/locate the items in the drawer that keeps the divider in place.

if I left my keys at the mall and got home like 60 miles away would the tile locator work?
Not quite sure how to answer this, since I just checked on my tractor which is in for maintenance and could see where it is (tractor repair) but it also notes out of range.
Best way to answer this is that if you have tile premium, and set up tile to give you notifications when you start getting out of range, you have time to get back there and retrieve your missing item. (Less than 60 miles for sure).
So check your settings, call where you think they are and check lost and found there.

Connect it to the Ring Bridge (sold separately) to unlock smart controls and custom combinations in the Ring App. The Ring Bridge lets you group together Ring Smart Lights and connect them to Ring doorbells and cameras. If one Ring Bridge-enabled device detects motion, it can turn on lights, activate your cameras and more. The Ring Bridge also links your Ring Smart Lights to select Alexa-enabled devices, so you can turn on lights and adjust settings at the sound of your voice.
How far can the pathlight be from the ring bridge to work?
I have the bridge about mid-house, it's wireless. Now with that said, I know from my rural home, I can't really extend these too far from the house (about 10-20 feet or so), and also it is extended from edge to edge of the front of the house for lighting of patio and garage areas. I wasn't able to get them to work much further than that (and given I do live rurally, my DRIVE is a lot longer than what is shown in Ring's promotional photos)
