Handy for adding automation to older homes.

I got these bulbs for a very basic purpose -- as I age in place, and given being disabled, it is helpful to convert as much as I can to more of automation or app driven uses. The Hue Bulbs, while a bit on the costly side, are on sale now and I've successfully used them now for a couple of years (some of the older ones) to control sections of my home (which is what is needed when you have mobility impairments). I also can turn these on as I approach my home after any appointments or trips - it is a good thing to have light ready and waiting for me after say, a long day doing a grocery run.

I've now owned this Automatic Kitchen Trash Can for over a month and not experienced any problems at all (not even the mysterious openings either). IT works for my use - Reliable, keeps the trash contained, closes the lid, and I don't get messes all over as I am doing my kitchen work (peeling, juicing, etc -- I just approach the can, wave an elbow over the sensor, and it opens)
Be aware you need to take care with the Plastic Rectangle Mold that you use to set the bag securely into position (it's delicate, so don't drop it). I will also say that if you don't have batteries in your house (I Do because of hurricane zone supplies), then you'll need to purchase them to let the can work as it should.
Other than that -- very easy to use, and I've not had too much messiness now in my kitchen in my canning or juicing because the can actually lifts the lid for me and no messy sticky lids, no disgusting gunk down the sides, and the steel matches my Fridge and Dishwasher.
Good value on the Deal of the Day Sale Price.

I've not had this Fridge for long, but it is very much handy to have and what I was looking for in a new Fridge: Long warranty, the extra drawer (That can be used for snacks, wine, sodas, keeping bottled water cold), and a french door to access the fridge Part (and the bottom freezer - which is accessible and useful with a drawer for such as ice cream that can be isolated from the rest of my frozen foods (and anything that I've flash frozen).
I've not had any problems with the ice maker to date either (again, not even in the house a month at this time), so I can't speak to its reliability (although it is a smaller Ice Maker - but that's not a problem either).

Seriously, like any other waffle maker, it excels at what it was (by design) meant to do (which is do the waffles).
Now, let's note the biggest problem with waffle makers -- they may be fast, but cleaning up is a chore that I just find .. sigh .. tiring (to put it politely). Mainly because we can't take the plates off at all and have to be careful about cleaning the machine (IE: You can't put it in the sink to clean! You need to clean it on the countertop and getting into all those little valleys are what is a challenge on any Waffle Maker to clean out).

Are the filters washable
Although I looked it up (and it is said it can be lightly washed/vacuumed off, you can shake out the filter too), I wouldn't recommend actually washing the filter given what I saw of the construction. Sure it is sturdy enough, but looking at the inside of the filter, I'd say it is far better to vacuum/shake out the surface and replace every so often than to warp the filter by deeper washing and potentially ruining the hepa component (or unit itself).

Can the ionizer be turned on and off so that particular feature is just on when people aren't at home? Can this be done both on the unit itself and remotely via the app?
YES! I have actually done this via the app (while I was at Physical Therapy), and had it run when I was out of the house. I was able to successfully turn it on, set the fan speed and time limits.
(I haven't done it at the unit ltself -- but you can turn on the unit before you leave without using the app and set the fan speed too. It's just easier for me to use remote app control).

How much are the filter replacements and where would I buy them from?
It uses the MAF-01 Filter for the Ibuki (and by using that filter model number, you can ask for it as Best Buy or look it up on Amazon or other websites to see if they have that filter for sale.

Can you lock the smart divider in the flex drawer?
Not really. Although you can adjust it quite easily (for example, I have moved the divider to form 4 sections - one for wines, one for bottled water, one for sodas, and a fourth for such as the protein drinks (or anything else - like cheeses). IT is the way I stack/locate the items in the drawer that keeps the divider in place.

if I left my keys at the mall and got home like 60 miles away would the tile locator work?
Not quite sure how to answer this, since I just checked on my tractor which is in for maintenance and could see where it is (tractor repair) but it also notes out of range.
Best way to answer this is that if you have tile premium, and set up tile to give you notifications when you start getting out of range, you have time to get back there and retrieve your missing item. (Less than 60 miles for sure).
So check your settings, call where you think they are and check lost and found there.

How far can the pathlight be from the ring bridge to work?
I have the bridge about mid-house, it's wireless. Now with that said, I know from my rural home, I can't really extend these too far from the house (about 10-20 feet or so), and also it is extended from edge to edge of the front of the house for lighting of patio and garage areas. I wasn't able to get them to work much further than that (and given I do live rurally, my DRIVE is a lot longer than what is shown in Ring's promotional photos)
