The delivery people kept me in the loop for timing of delivery and they did a professional installation. The installer guy knew all about the stacking kit proper usage, which is very different for GE. They took away all the trash and were vey fast.

Had a Shark steam mop that worked ok, but just broke in half one day at the upper plastic handle. Shark had no replacement parts for it!!! So I chose this Bissell model instead from Best Buy. What a difference. Much easier to use and better made. Steam is more adjustable and my floors sparkle. Love it.

Even though our city water is pretty good, I have found that the chlorine taste still manages to get through. I always keeps my filters handy for my coffee maker, and it always keeps my coffee tasting better. I would prefer if they were a little less expensive.
