Broke 2 days after Best Buy return period ended. I thought no problem, because the reason I bought this was because the packaging advertised “lifetime warranty”. Turns out the “lifetime warranty” requires you to pay shipping and handling of $9.99. Forget it, i tossed it. Never again with this brand. I’ve used screen protectors on phones for 20 years, and have never had one break in 2 weeks. I wish i had read the other reviews before I bought this. Many one star reviews of them beaking in a few days. Stay away from this junk.

Delivery was good, but time estimate needs refinement. They gave a wide time window, and then didn't even come within that wide window. Also, it seems the Best Buy in my area has basically outsourced the delivery to a third-party. So delivery seems to be hit-and-miss depending on who the third party is doing the delivery in your area.

Good entry level wine cooler. For the price it is okay. It does have a to much humidity build up inside the cooler, so might not be good long term for the paper labels on the wine bottles. It is quite overall, but sometime you hear a loud pop and hum when the compressor kicks on. This cooler is good for the casual wine drinker that doesn't store the wine very long before drinking. But if you are a serious collector that is going to store wine for several years, I would recommend spending more on a better unit. Mainly because I suspect the paper labels on the bottles will start pealing due to the humidity inside the cooler. Otherwise, I guess you could put some kind of water desiccant product inside.

Wrong people, skills, and tools for the job.

Despite having clear instructions that this was a built-in unit on the order sheet, Best Buy kept sending people (seemed like they are a third-party) to remove the built-in that had inadequate equipment, people, and skill. They had to come out 3 times before they were able to move the built-in. They come out with basically 2 skinny 90 pound guys and no dolly, and looked at the built-in and said something like "we can't move this". Then they reschedule and come out and say the same thing again, "we can't move this". Had to take off work 3 times. I this if you have a regular refrigerator you are okay with haul away service. But if you have any kind of built-in type refrigerator they can't handle the job.
