Damaged during shipment

Outer box dented and creased. Scuff marks on cardboard from banging around on the inside of the shipping box. One of the discs was rattling around in the steel book, and steel book had a scratch. Box set was thrown in a box with no bubble wrap or any packaging. Bouncing along during shipment. When is Best Buy going to start packaging collector's box sets properly? Every box set I've received from Best Buy has been damaged during shipping. Does anyone at Best Buy read the reviews? Every review for collectable box sets is overwhelmed with negative feedback from damaged shipments. How hard is it to wrap the box set with bubble wrap or foam? The outer box should also be a steel book, but probably if it was, it would also be all dented and scratched. Most people are complaining about the artwork, but I actually think the artwork is okay.

Works better than expected

I didn't think this would work very well. I was surprised at how well it works. It cleans good, and does a good job at walking over the transitions between floors. It does especially well at cleaning under coaches, chair, tables, etc. that are often missed when cleaning with a regular stand-up push vacuum. Even powerful enough to push shoes out of its way and get around obstacles. I have this on the first floor of a large home, and it cleans the kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. I didn't think it would maneuver all around to so many rooms, but it does, and cleans them all. The only issue is that it is such a large area, it sometimes can't find it's way back to the base, but that's only happened twice in about two weeks of daily cleaning.

Mine has big dents in the steel book case. It looks like it was used as a soccer ball and kicked down the street. The boxed set was put in a large cardboard box, with only a couple air pouches inside. So it bounced all the way from the warehouse to my house. BestBuy should do better, because these sets are sold at a premium price to collectors that want them in mint condition. BestBuy needs to either wrap them securely in bubble wrap or in a Styrofoam shell. Not just throw them in a big box and let them bounce around in the box like a basketball.

Slashed with a razor knife

My set was slashed along the front of all three movies with a razor knife. It appears that when the box was opened in the warehouse, the person ran a razor knife along the box to cut it open and slashed across the face of all the movies. I'm not sure how many boxed sets are in the carton, but I'm sure that probably another dozen more people in the same carton had their boxes slashed as well. BestBuy should realize that the people that buy these sets want them in mint condition as collectors sets, and they should treat them accordingly, and not slash them up with a box cutter.
