We dont have the devices you have, and have a cable box that does not have a shutoff but stays on constantly. This remote was able to turn on samsung smart tv, sharp soundbar,and Sony bluray,and vcr combo,although the vcr combo was not able to connect to TV without some other cable/ converter. I would guess if there is a code for any of your devices in the manual that comes with remote,it should work with all your componets/devices.
