It's strange seeing such a minimalist design for a movie that goes so over the top. The steelbook, I think, is beautifully, but gives just a taste of the bright, stylish colors of the film itself. Without spoiling anything, this is one of the most fun, creative, original animated movies in ages, and is deserving of every award it's gotten, and then some. This is a movie you NEED in your collection, regardless of how big a fan of Spidey you are, and the steelbook is one of the nicest ways to have it.

The artwork for the steel is very evocative of the movie itself; flashy, fun, but overall lacking a little something. Rami Malek's performance as Mercury is fantastic; I genuinely forgot I was watching a performance after a while. But the movie itself feels watered down, and I was left wanting.
