If you catch them on sale ($350) they’re great buy. Being a point source design, the sound is cohesive and engaging. The only knock (at same price) is the build feels kinda cheap. The box is light weight and the veneer is kinda cheesy (depending on color).
Experience great sound reproduction with these KEF bookshelf loudspeakers. The Uni-Q driver array provides depth and clarity, and the damped tweeter loading tubes enhance the accuracy and natural sound of lower trebles. These KEF bookshelf loudspeakers let you enjoy dynamic audio details with a frequency response of 51Hz - 28kHz.

My review is based in purchasing on sale for $350.
These are clear, cohesive, full bodied speakers. I use these on my desk, sitting less than 2 ft from either speaker. Sitting that close, with typical multi driver speakers there’s timing difference between sound from each driver arriving at the ear. The coaxial driver eliminates this issue and makes everything sound cohesive from close distances.
The highs are clear and crisp yet not fatiguing. The treble reminds of the Klipsch r50p mk2 relative to extension but with a much smoother presentation. Mids are clear. Bass is good, not great. Even at a desk I use with a sub.
Horizontal dispersion is is great. Vertical dispersion pretty narrow. As long as you you ear is in relative vertical alignment with the tweeter you won’t miss anything.
I’ve had my fair share of bookshelf speakers: Emotiva b1+, JBL studio 530, Q Acoustics 3020, Fyne Audio F300, Elac Debut 5.2, Klipsch r50pm mk2 and Rp60m mk2. I think I like these better than all of the above.
Also, I’m a “grills on“ guy, not with these.I love the look of the driver and matte finish gives a nice understated look.
These speakers are lighter (weight) than expected. I expected a heftier speaker but was not disappointed I hooked them up.
Set the mood in your home via music with these Klipsch speakers. The wood-grain vinyl exterior imparts a touch of sophisticated elegance to a room, while the Tractrix Horn technology provides clear, vibrant and rich musical tones. The titanium tweeter on these Klipsch speakers dampens high-frequencies to facilitate crisp, natural sound.

I bought these in sale; my review is based on the $200 sale price.
Build quality: Ok. Nothing to brag about; rectangle box, vinyl finish, plastic grille. Honestly I find they look ugly (though they don’t look bad in the pics)
Sound: Very good. This is an exciting/energetic speaker with good treble/dynamics, nice midrange and punchy bass. This is a bright speaker but not fatiguing. I’d compare the sound to the Jbl 530. At $200 these are a great value. At $400 they’re still good but have competition.
I’ve also had the RP50 mk ii; as one would expect, they are better in every regard. Still energetic but with more smoothness. If you’re debating between the two, have the extra money and prioritize music, RP50M mkii are better. If for home theater, r50pm mk ii will suffice
LSXII delivers room-filling, natural, accurate sound from any source thanks to the knowledge and experience of KEF's talented engineers and the iconic Uni-Q driver array.

Well built speakers that look really nice and sound good. Good output for its size. These are small speakers; much smaller than anticipated (which is my fault). They’re best suited for smaller rooms.
Setup was simple. I didn’t need or use instructions to pair speakers to network or to each other.
Though I like the speakers from a sound and aesthetic perspective, they are expensive for what you get. For me Better options exist.

Good not great. I have heard great things about SVS so I took the plunge. One thing that immediately stood or is the output given its rather compact size. It has TREMENDOUS output/power for it's size.
Integration is decent: not bad but not the best. The bass it produces seems overpower music as opposed you being a part of it. It stands out. Yes, yes, I am aware you can adjust gain and phase and a myriad of other things. In the end, I prefer the tonality and integration of the REL HT series and the Monolith by Monoprice (both of which I own) better. They better suit my needs.
If you need something compact and powerful, this may be a good choice. If you are coming from a Polk, Klipsch, JBL, Def Tech type sub, the SVS is an upgrade. Again, comparing to the subs I own, I don't like it as much.
For techie people who love fine grain control, you may love the app. You can control any/everything about this sub.
It definitely is not bad; I just wasn't overly impressed.

This is Batman Under The Red Hood retold in a much shorter, less entertaining fashion. It is truly unoriginal. If you've seen Under the Red Hood, don't watch it. If you have NOT seen Under The Red Hood, do yourself a favor and watch it instead. Much better and much more entertaining than this short film.
If I would've known this is what it was I honestly would not have made the purchase, even at the $5.99 BF price. It is honestly a pointless money grab.

Better than regular Echo but not impressive
ByKathyH
The Studio is meh. It absolutely sounds better than the regular Echo but is far lower quality than the HomePod.
Alexa’s voice volume is waaaaaay louder than music and there doesn’t seem to be a way to adjust It down to a new default. I’ve tried setting a default volume in device settings. Alexa voice ignores it, although music does play at the set volume.
EXCEPT for alarms. Every morning I’m blasted awake at high volume. There seems to be no way to set it to stay for alarms — or at least it’s not obvious to me.
Additionally, Studio misses a lot of commands where the regular Echo didn’t. And when I say, “Alexa,” there’s no tone to let me know she’s awake.
I’m undecided. I’d like a better speaker. HomePod is superior than Studio but Siri is lousy compared to Alexa. I’ll most probably return Studio and try a different third party option.

Turn off "Spacial Enhancement"
November 20, 2019
Try disabling the spacial enhancement feature (in Audion Settings) and the speaker will get louder. For whatever reason, it's on by default and somewhat mutes the volume. Also, if you have an Echo Sub, pairing the two pushes the bass to the sub and allows all the power to go to the other speakers. The drastically increases volume

Very weak but ONLY option?!
ByHank
I got a formation wedge and love it but it definitely has some missing lows. I thought this would solve it, but man I got this bass added and it is SUPER weak. I have my bass at +12 db maxed out in the app and it is the low end of the SVS subs i use. I barely can hear my sub and sometimes have to put a hand near it to make sure it works/is even working. Is this normal for everyone else? The bass is tight because it doesn't have any oomph...no store near me has anymore in stock nor are any stores open for me to check if mine is just bad...or is this how they built it. I wish i could put a regular sub with my formation wedge. the next 30 days I will have to decide to maybe just go with bookshelves. Wanted to save space but the lack of options with the formation series makes you spend top dollar for subpar performance bass wise...
i wouldnt say im super picky audioholic but i do have the SVS SB12 and to compare too and this would be the SB12 at the 10% setting lol...

SVS and B&W have different objectives. SVS is more about slam and theatrical experience (not to say the bass isn't good). B&W is aimless for sound quality and integration. Anyone buying a B&W sub should keep in mind that seamless integration is their goal.
Boost your home theater audio with this 800W SVS subwoofer. Its Sledge Class D amplifier has plenty of peak power to handle intense sound effects, and the 13-inch high-excursion driver with an injection-molded gasket produces clean, accurate bass details. Choose presets and control the EQ, DSP and other settings of this Bluetooth-enabled SVS subwoofer via its mobile app.

Response ot comment from Alex
December 16, 2021
Hi Alex,
I was truly surprised by how compact the SB-3000 pro is and how powerful it is. It is very compact! The SVS will extend lower and play louder than a single Klipsch's. Two Klipsch's vs a single SB-3000 may be a toss up volume wise. I have not heard the Klipsch's, but my guess is the SVS plays flatter and cleaner. Going from duals to a single, you will likely loose benefit of a more uniform bass response across multiple seating positions.
I cannot say if it is a upgrade because many feel that two (even less powerful, smaller) subs, when setup properly, is better than one.
If you want sealed subs for music, check out Rythmik Audio's L12. You can get two for about price of one SB-3000 and by most accounts, will sound much better for music
