Love it...Absolutely love it... No problems here. Well except 1... After you are done washing your clothes I advise you to keep the door cracked open. It has a wet smell inside it that I can't describe but it stinks. Other than that... I love it.

Finally... Product is fabulous! Most importantly... Best Buy in Wyomissing PA Employees to Management to everyone up top did a amazing job helping me get my order straight. After nearly 3 months of going through a hassle with who ever is on the other end of ordering online to answering the phone to even delivering messed my order up so bad I got so frustrated I finally went to the store and handle it myself. Had them take the last machines I had back and got new ones. The guys who delivered them where awesome... they even told me that the last guys who delivered my machines didn't even have my steamer connected, didn't phase me, cause the 1st hits that came out didn't have the water or the gas connected so it wasn't a surprise, but they did everything perfect. If and that's a big if, I order anything else from there, they are the only 2 delivery guys I want. But I appreciate everyone who was involved in switching out my machines, I know it was a big hassle and I appreciate each and every one of you, thank you so much. I love both machines. Again thank you!

Just through it in, never checked to make sure the water was running or gas was connected. Little box on washer don't stay together unless there is a piece of tape holding it, well that explains why it was never taken off. Yes, still waiting for them to replace it, but because I am in the Medical Field they won't deliver it, during my hours and don't deliver on a Sunday and that's the only day I'm off. Other than that, I guess I'm suppose to tell patients family members and patients " I'm sorry I can't take care of you because I have to wait on Best Buy!" Yeah... No! I don't think so... suppose it was your family member! You wouldn't like it and would do every thing in your power to get me fired!

Again your people you send out need to go through training again. How they come to my house, connect my frig, then leave without making sure the water and ice machine is working. They all need to be fired and best believe they ALL better be glad I wasn't home when then did that sorry instalation hook up. But like I said about them not properly connecting the washer and dryer, yes, they didn't check to see if that was working either before they left... This will be the last time I order any appliances from Best Buy ever again, since they can't deliver at a time when I need them to, so I can make sure I'm home. Sorry if I'm in the medical field helping family members and can't be there when YOU WANT ME THERE. PATIENTS AND IF I'M NOT MISTAKEN CUSTOMERS COME 1ST. SO REPRORITIZE HOW YOU DELIVER TO 1ST RESPONDERS!

The people who dropped it off never connected it right, the bottom of the draw falls out, that's why I guess that's the reason they left the tape on it. Suppose to be replaced, but because I work in the medical field they can't deliver it when I need them to, so here I sit and wait until I can get a day off so they can replace it at they convenience.

What is the noise level for the washer and for the dryer? We are considering for an assisted living facility, and the laundry room is next to a resident apartment.
IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT THE NOISE LEVEL IS WITH THIS WASHER FOR WEEKS I BEEN GOING THROUGH HECK BEST BUY DO THEIR JOB RIGHT. THEY BRING MY MACHINE AND DON'T CONNECT THE WATER FOR THE WASHER. DON'T MAKE SURE IT'S WORKING BEFORE THEY LEAVE. DIDN'T CONNECT THE GAS TO THE DRYER SO I HAD TO HAVE MY POOR MAINTENANCE MAN DO IT FOR ME, WHICH HE WAS SKEPTICAL ON DOING IT CAUSE HE WAS WORRIED IF THEY EVEN CONNECTED IT PROPERLY. DIDN'T CHECK TO SEE IF MY WATER WAS RUNNING FOR MY REFRIGERATOR THEY ALSO BROUGHT THAT DAY, I HAD TO FIGURE THAT OUT MYSELF. THEN THE WASHER DOOR WAS STILL TAPED TOOK THAT OFF, DOOR FALLS DOWN, SO NOW HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM TO EXCHANGE IT, D/T WORKING IN THE HEALTHCARE I CAN'T BE THERE WHEN THEY WANT ME TO BE, SO I HAVE TO WAIT AGAIN, THEN THEY COME EARLIER THEN SAID, SO IT HAD TO GET RESCHEDULED AGAIN, FINALLY. I RACE HOME, CAUSE I WORK AN HOUR AWAY, JUST GOT HERE 10 MINUTES BEFORE THEM ONLY FOR THEM TO BRING ME THE WRONG WASHER MACHINE. WERE IN MARCH, THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE THE 1ST WEEK OF FEB.
