Just throw it in, Never checked to make sure it was working like the washer machine. There was no heat at all, had to have my maintenance man come and look at it for me because Best Buy people couldn't do there job. Mean while I have to pay full price for appliances that weren't properly connected nor installed right. That was item number 2.... let's get to the frig... got to find that one.

Company workers don't listen

Your people are incompetent! Did not check to see if my machine was working before they left. Therefore when I went to use it, there was no water coming out of it, also I was curious to know why the bottom piece was still taped... so when I went to remove it, the lid fell to floor. I called right away, they were suppose to bring me a new one out, I stated I live alone, so please note on there, not to come until 4 pm. I get a call at work at 210 saying they're 10 minutes away, I was heated!!!!!!! Needless to say, I still have the same machine and will never order any other appliance from Best Buy EVER AGAIN!

What is the noise level for the washer and for the dryer? We are considering for an assisted living facility, and the laundry room is next to a resident apartment.

IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT THE NOISE LEVEL IS WITH THIS WASHER FOR WEEKS I BEEN GOING THROUGH HECK BEST BUY DO THEIR JOB RIGHT. THEY BRING MY MACHINE AND DON'T CONNECT THE WATER FOR THE WASHER. DON'T MAKE SURE IT'S WORKING BEFORE THEY LEAVE. DIDN'T CONNECT THE GAS TO THE DRYER SO I HAD TO HAVE MY POOR MAINTENANCE MAN DO IT FOR ME, WHICH HE WAS SKEPTICAL ON DOING IT CAUSE HE WAS WORRIED IF THEY EVEN CONNECTED IT PROPERLY. DIDN'T CHECK TO SEE IF MY WATER WAS RUNNING FOR MY REFRIGERATOR THEY ALSO BROUGHT THAT DAY, I HAD TO FIGURE THAT OUT MYSELF. THEN THE WASHER DOOR WAS STILL TAPED TOOK THAT OFF, DOOR FALLS DOWN, SO NOW HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM TO EXCHANGE IT, D/T WORKING IN THE HEALTHCARE I CAN'T BE THERE WHEN THEY WANT ME TO BE, SO I HAVE TO WAIT AGAIN, THEN THEY COME EARLIER THEN SAID, SO IT HAD TO GET RESCHEDULED AGAIN, FINALLY. I RACE HOME, CAUSE I WORK AN HOUR AWAY, JUST GOT HERE 10 MINUTES BEFORE THEM ONLY FOR THEM TO BRING ME THE WRONG WASHER MACHINE. WERE IN MARCH, THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE THE 1ST WEEK OF FEB.
