This new LG dryer is a wonderful upgrade. Very quiet; no more clanging in the dryer. Also, when the drying cycle is complete, no more clothes stuck together and wrinkled. Each item seems to be separately dried. This dryer also has several settings to ensure user has the correct options for the type of drying necessary for the task at hand.

We had erroneously purchased the wrong ink cartridges. By the time we went to install, we realized we had purchased the incorrect ink. When I went to the to exchange ink cartridges, I was advised I was trying to exchange after the return date had lapsed. Never the less, the clerk had a manager review this. Not only did he over ride the system and did the exchange but gave me a store credit! Ink cartridge is in and working fine. Thanks for a great job.

The phone does it's job. I am a retired senior and did not grow up in the tech age. I had an SE for years. I liked it; was small and easily fit into my pocket. It's features were fine by me. Now, I have a larger phone with so many options I have trouble, at times, navagating all the options, where to find things, etc. I thought I was getting the same small SE. Was totally up to me to check out dimensions, but it is the same phone. Oh well; will just enjoy as is.
