I believe I have purchased geek squad for every piece of equipment/appliance I have purchased from Best Buy except for my Apple tablet. I purchased Apple Care+ for that.

I really enjoy this iPad. I’ll admit that it took a minute for me to get the hang of a few things. My old iPad had a home button. It’s the same as having a phone with a home button and then it’s gone with an upgrade. After having a 32g and increasing to 256 I’m feeling more comfortable with space that’s for sure. I have had no issues at all and I would recommend this for anyone. I also purchased this for my 15 yr. old granddaughter and she loves it.

I purchased this laptop to have something to use for work while my other one’s was being serviced. This has exceeded my expectations. I love that it is touchscreen. I have never had this option before, but my grandson asked that I purchase a touchscreen for him when I got his laptop for school. I just wanted to see what was so special. I love it! I can do all of my work and there is no lagging. I’m not a tekkie person as you can see. This Lenovo thinkpad works very well for me. I’m not sure I want to go back to the HP when it is returned.

May be good just not good for us

This was purchased for my grandson to use at school. It wouldn’t connect to the university’s WiFi. When I called customer service to explain I would need to return it to exchange for another the woman said it had to be returned that day. My grandson doesn’t attend school locally and that was impossible. She said that the store’s policy was 30-days and that day was the final day. I hung up with her and decided to check online. I had until that weekend to return the item because it was an online purchase and I didn’t receive the day I ordered it. She had that information. More training is needed for customer service representatives so that they are giving more accurate information to customers.
