So glad I looked back on the website and saw this. I made a bad decision and purchased something different. Worst decision ever. It was such a headache. I ended up uninstalling it from my laptop only to come back and found this Norton. THANK GOODNESS! Had no download issues at all. I will never use any thing else other than Norton from now on. I learned a valuable lesson!!!

Worst decision ever

I had no issue with the download. That part was fine. After the download I didn’t understand how the system worked. I was concerned that my laptop wasn’t fully secure because I kept getting pop-ups about advanced security that I could subscribe to. I’m currently working from home on a remote site on my personal laptop. The pop-ups were interfering with my work. That was unacceptable. I removed it from my laptop and I’ll never, ever go back to it again. I don’t know why I decided to use something other than Norton.

My understanding was that my washer would be balanced when it was installed. It only makes sense. It's part of the setup. I wasn't home at delivery. I did speak to someone because they were unable to hook up my dryer which was not a problem. That actually worked in my favor. The person who hooked up my dryer balanced the washer & dryer. I only gave 2 stars because the appliances were delivered in good shape. If I ever get a major appliance again from Best Buy I'll make sure I'm available to oversee the installation. That's pretty bad because it should be done properly, no matter what!

Things have really changed since I last had to purchase a washer. I was not aware that some are sold w/o an agitator. This model does have one. There is more than enough room for a regular load of clothes. It has multiple settings and also an auto sense. I would only use that for a really small load. We've only used it a few times but the machine is great. What I found to be disappointing was the fact that at installation the people did not level it. If they are installing it, would this not be a part of the process? But I'm reviewing the machine, not them.
