Purchased to replace 20 year old mercury thermostat. Installation and setup were easy. App is a bit antiquated, but still waits for the monthly reports to generate to evaluate usage. Remote sensor was a welcome addition to balance temperature of second floor of our home. Some of the features over the base model are a plus...research to see what is right for you.
A bit pricy as I found the Nest on Sale, but decided to purchase the ecobee based on customer service and support... which I have used and recommend.

Really? Extended service

I stopped in my way home from work to research a new washer and dryer unit. Great sales person so I went ahead and purchased. During check out I was informed that I would incur an extended delivery fee of $50. Really?!? I could have stopped and went to a closer Best Buy store but was already far Ali g I. The process. Salesmen tried to get it waived but manager would not.
Think about visiting your “local” Best Buy and negate the extended delivery fee- even if they are coming out of the same warehouse?

Included in the delivery and set up for no charge. However with all the other work going in the delivery guys forgot to complete the door reversal. Not an issue... easy to do-just need to make time.

This dryer cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing dryer.

Nice dryer with plenty of features. Really conserves water.. almost to the point of questioning if it uses enough. Tried it based on Best Buy offering an extended plan to address lack of service techs to repair Samsung appliances... time will tell.
Beware of the height with the lid open. Did not fit under our cabinetry but luckily the lid will open and stay raised resting against the cabinets. Also the tub is really deep and my side at 5-2 has trouble reaching clothes in the bottom

However Best Buy offers a service plan with their own service people who are certified to repair Samsung, so we Gave it a try. So far dryer ha scum ruined as expected... steam dry is really useful for informal items. Saves a lot of time.
